Registration will be confirmed via email or mail.

Registration will begin at 8.30 am Saturday. Conference will commence at 9.15am
Conference registration includes all refreshments and meals from 9 am Saturday until 11.30 am Sunday including the Gala Dinner and beverages on Saturday 23rd.
Persons that wish to attend the Gala Dinner only without attending the conference may do so by booking for the dinner only on the registration form.
Accommodation or airport transfers are not included in conference registration.

Conference registration has been extended to September 15th.

Conference Cancellation policy: If you are unable to attend the conference after making your booking and notify us in writing 10 or more days prior to the conference we will refund 100% of your conference registration booking. No refunds will be given after this date.

Due to circumstances beyond our control AEF may need to alter the conference programme and reserve the right to do so.
