The Australian Environment Foundation (AEF) will hold its first conference and AGM on 23rd and 24th September at Rydges Southbank in Brisbane. The conference was to be in May, but has now been postponed to September.
The AEF is a different kind of environment group. We are about innovative solutions for real world problems. We accept that environmental protection and sustainable resource use are generally compatible. These are the themes that will be discussed at the conference.
This is your opportunity to meet AEF Chairman Don Burke and the rest of the Board. Saturday night there will be a gala dinner and awards will be presented to some practical environmentalists.
Registration forms will be mailed to all AEF members in May. Non members who wish to attend can register their interest by contacting Max at info@aefweb.info .
Registration for members is $180 and non-members $250.
The registration fee includes the conference dinner and drinks as well as breakfast on Sunday morning, with a guest speaker at the stunning Rooftop Terrace restaurant. Accommodation is not included in the registration fee.
